Managing users in your tenant

Within the Users section, you can control user access and management for your tenant:

  • Adding Users: You can manually add new users to the tenant.
  • Inviting Users: Send invitations to new users by email, allowing them to complete the onboarding process. For detailed information on how to manage user onboarding, refer to the User Onboarding documentation.
  • Managing User Permissions: Update individual user roles and permissions to grant access to specific resources and functionalities. For a comprehensive understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), please refer to the RBAC documentation.
  • User Status: Control whether a user is active or inactive, enabling or disabling their access to the application.
  • User Account Management: View and update user information, including names, email addresses, and associated identity provider details.
