Workflow Policies

Workflow Policies allow you to customize the actions and events that occur at different stages of the user lifecycle. This provides granular control over the user experience:

• Enable Tenant Override: Toggle this switch to enable overrides for workflow policies for this tenant. This allows you to customize workflow policies at the tenant level.
• Workflows: Choose from the following workflows to configure policies:
  • Sign Up: Define actions and settings for new user sign-up.
  • Login: Configure the login workflow and related settings.
  • Enterprise IDP Login (SSO): Define settings for enterprise SSO-based login.
  • Password Reset: Customize the password reset workflow.
  • Invite New User: Define policies for inviting new users.
  • Invite Existing User: Configure policies for inviting existing users.
