Resolves the page branding overrides at the application level. Page brandings support default values; therefore, if there are no overrides defined at the application level for a specific page branding, then this API will return the defaults for that page branding instead.

Below is the list of required permissions needed to interact with this API. For each permission, the allowed permission boundaries are also specified.
