Returns the change email request associated with the ID specified in the URL.
Required Permissions
Below is the list of required permissions needed to interact with this API. For each permission, the allowed permission boundaries are also specified.

| Tenant Exclusion List | The subject can read all change email requests associated with tenants in the subject's application that are not included in the tenant exclusion list. | |
| Self | A user subject can read their own change email requests. |
