Enhanced The Tenant Discovery Flow to Support Email Domain Mappings

When configuring a tenant, you can now assign a list of tenant discovery email domains.

When a user enters their email as part of the Tenant Discovery flow, if the domain of their email matches one of the discovery email domains of a tenant, then the user will be directed to that tenant's login page. Furthermore, if the user's email domain maps to multiple tenants, they will be sent an email granting them access to a page where they will be shown all the tenants to which they belong.

Configuring tenant discovery email domains is useful for cases where you want users to be able to discover their tenant's login page without requiring that the user be first provisioned within that tenant. For example, if you want users to be able to self-provision themselves through SSO JIT provisioning.
