Added the Ability to Initiate Authorization Requests at the Application Level

You can now initiate authorization requests using an application vanity domain instead of a tenant vanity domain. This can be useful when integrating Wristband as an OIDC provider with 3rd-party platforms that only accept a single URL for the authorization endpoint.
